Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, and Local Post to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after order placement.
  • Orders ship the following business day after processing.
  • Note: We do not ship on weekends.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 1–3 business days (excluding production time).
  • International: 20–25 business days (excluding production time).
  • Important: Due to current global conditions, international shipping may experience delays of 10–15 additional days.

Shipping Fees

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee, so you can order multiple items without extra charges:

  • United States: $5.95 per order.
  • International: $19.99 per order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear in the system.
  • If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your package.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays and require additional processing time.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
  • Important: If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
