Refund and Returns Policy
At Pagift, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our stuffed animals & plush toys. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Exchange Policy
We do not support exchanges. When placing an order, customers are required to confirm all details, including item selection, size, design, and shipping address. Due to this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections made at checkout.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
- After 6 hours, the order is sent for processing and cannot be canceled.
- A 10% cancellation fee will be applied.

3. Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, the order is considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Eligible Return & Refund Cases
You may request a return or refund if your item arrives in any of the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or shattered upon arrival
✅ Incorrect design, size, or material compared to the order
✅ Wrong item received
✅ Product differs significantly from its description
Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot accept returns if:
❌ The item has been worn, washed, or modified
❌ The item is missing original tags or packaging
❌ The issue is minor, such as loose threads that can be easily trimmed
4. Return Process
To request a return or refund, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email support@pagift.store with:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase (receipt, shipping label)
- Photos of defective items
2️⃣ Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the return package via a traceable carrier and send us the tracking number.
4️⃣ Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
🔹 Important: Do not return any items without prior confirmation from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the package is lost or damaged during return shipping, we cannot issue a refund.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (processing may take 10-15 business days, depending on your bank).
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or contact us at support@pagift.store.
🔹 Note: Items returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund excluding return shipping costs.
